Floyd is a Rule 31 Civil Mediator who has mediated hundreds of cases since 2001. He has mediated cases in both State and Federal Court in all 3 Grand Divisions of our State and the States of Arkansas, Kentucky and Mississippi.
He spends approximately 80% of his law practice serving as a Mediator.
